For standalone tutoring sessions, 48 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule without charge. Sessions cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice may be charged at the full hourly rate.
For the Admissions Pathway Programme and Admissions Accelerator Programme, the terms of cancellation and any applicable refund of unused hours will be agreed in writing at the time of enrolment.

Results mentioned on this website — including offer rates, number of school offers and scholarship outcomes — reflect the outcomes of students who have completed full or substantial programmes of preparation.
